System Editions

VertexFX is delivered in (3) main plans, depending on the business scale. Small companies have the chance to start with the first plan and easily upgrade to the higher ones. Those plans are described in the table below. All (3) plans have the same system functionality and the difference between them is the Application Server Capacity for the online REAL users.

In addition to this, VertexFX can be implemented as a subsystem (White Label) which is available to you by any VertexFX Trader customer or White Label Provider.

• Concurrent users: Number of users who are concurrently logging on the system at a time, whether they are traders, offices or Dealers. Each trader, office or dealer is counted as ONE user.
• Dedicated Server: Means, this system is installed separately on a separate and standalone server(s). No dependency on any other servers or modules. Dedication means in the feed, charts, WAP, WEB, database and monitoring application servers.
• Upgradeable: 100% Means paying the difference between the 2 plans only.

System Deliverables

Upon purchasing VertexFX Trader in one of its plans, you'll receive the following Items:

• Backoffice System: Which is the manager and dealing system, customizable in a very flexible manner according to a wide band of system privileges so that you can create your dealers according to their levels as your business requires. Managers, Moderators, dealers, chief dealers or customizable authority.
• Client System: Which is distributed from your side to your Clients, Brokers or IB's upon your configuration for them at the backoffice side. you can create Offices, sub-offices in a multi-level behavior and add the clients under the required level, then you can define a username and password to the required Tree node so that he can login and see his tree node and whatever beneath.
• E-Broker Terminal, for multi account trading. More
• System API Kit, including Client API, Backoffice API, Currency Server API. More
• WEB Based Market Watch.
• Server Applications: This is the server side system, which handles your transactions in the backend. It contains also a data feed for the system, you can use it or consider it as backup feed only for your primary feed (point 4). Server applications includes:

1. Gateway Server Application.
2. Currency Server: (DDE based) connected to the client DDE feed provider.
3. History Server: that handles Charting history data.
4. Order Manager which manages limit/stop orders and account liquidations..etc
5. XML Server: for mobile trader and web trader.
6. SMS Central (Server): Manages SMS broadcasting.
