Hybrid Solutions provides two hosting mechanisms for VertexFX’s Customers:

Internal Hosting Mechanism

• VertexFX servers are located in Datacenters in USA, UK and Amsterdam and became one of the most highly ranked datacenters in the world since year 2006
• Data centers do not allow single points of failure. It is redundant to the point of being redundant, with multiple spares of every part on hand to make sure its equiepemets is highly and effieicently running
• Network is designed to keep the clean data flying, and the illegitimate stuff feeling completely left out of the loop
• Equipment is absolutely the best there is
• Instantaneous service, eliminating downtime, data security, virus protection, Smooth traffic flow, expandability, responsive tech support, remote capabilities, rather than prioritize, we simply do not let anything slip through the cracks

System hosting is based in dedicated server for any plan. For higher performance system can be split between several servers mainly for enterprise customers.

All servers are monitored by our tech support team 24/6.

Currency feed and other application servers are monitored through our tech support agreement, so that we can tell when there is any system failure and take action immediately.

With that level of monitoring, there is no much low level tech support required from VertexFX customers at their side to their trading platform since it is already monitored and supported.

• Windows 2003 Standard Server 32bit
• SQL Database, highly preferred to be Oracle SE1 or more.

• Optimum Server Structure
